Most retailers set a price high enough to survive being discounted, then hand out codes to bring it back down to what they were always willing to accept. We price the other way round.
One price, set as keenly as we can afford, available to everybody. Electricians, interior designers and hotel groups buy from us at the same price shown to somebody buying a single pendant for a hallway. There is no trade login, no members' rate and no code, because there is no gap between those prices to bridge.
Not for first orders, not for newsletter signups, not for Black Friday.

We work directly with more than thirty manufacturers in the UK, the United States, Spain and Italy, and for several of them we are the only place in the country you can buy their lights. That is not a badge we bought. It is forty one years of trading relationships.

Is there a discount code for KES?
No, and you do not need one. We do not issue discount codes at all, not for first orders, not for newsletter signups, not for Black Friday. The price on the page is our price, and it is the same price the trade pay. We do not run an NHS, student or blue light scheme either, because we keep one price for everyone. How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery to mainland UK is free on orders over £100, and £7.75 below that. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands are charged separately. If everything is in stock you will have it in two to seven working days, and each product page gives the lead time for that fitting. Full delivery details and European rates
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return an unused item for a refund. You arrange and pay for the return postage. Made to order and bespoke pieces are the exception. How to return an item
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort a replacement. If a fitting develops a fault later on, everything carries a 12 month guarantee, and some manufacturers offer two to five years. Get in touch
Do light fittings come with bulbs?
As a general rule, no. A few manufacturers still include them and we say so on the product page. Every fitting lists the bulbs it takes right next to the product, so you can add them to the same order. Shop light bulbs
